In 1999, I began experimenting to formulate the "perfect" votive candle.  I was frustrated with spending money on candles that smelled wonderful when I bought them but when burned there was no fragrance throw.  After extensive experimenting and finally creating a candle formula that was long, clean burning and very fragrant, I opened my Candles To Glow retail store in 2004.  Due to the economy, the store was closed three years later; however, a room in my home was converted into a mini candle lab where I not only still handcraft candles but continue individual
candle classes.
